Kartikeya Seeds (P) Ltd. – Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented.

2. Return Process

  • If your return is approved, you'll be provided with instructions on how to ship the product back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • If the payment was debited but not processed, the reversal will be handled by your bank, typically within 7 working days.
